How do I book?

Each business has its own booking page. Off-road (Jeep + Tourzilla) books through bigbearjeepexperience.com. Wakesports books through designatedwakesports.com.
Can I combine experiences in one trip?

Yes. Many guests pair Wakesports in the morning with a Jeep tour in the afternoon, or vice versa. Bookings are made separately on each site.
Who runs all of this?

Big Bear Off-Road Experience, Inc. is the parent. Owner and operator: Desi. Designated Wakesports launched in 2004; Big Bear Off-Road Experience was established in 2014; the BRP / UTV partnership came in 2020.
What is your cancellation policy?

All reservations are final. Reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. If no slot is available, refund issued as a digital gift certificate. Same policy applies to off-road and wakesports.
Are you really only USFS-permitted in Big Bear?

For off-road tours, yes. Big Bear Jeep Experience is the only off-road tour company permitted by the U.S. Forest Service to operate in the Big Bear area.
When is the best time of year?

Off-road tours run year-round, weather permitting. Wakesports is seasonal and depends on lake conditions. Check each individual site for current availability.
